Imbiblia is a cocktail recipe app for iPhone, iPad, Android and Apple-silicon Macs that shows each recipe as a single visual card. As of 17 October 2026 it has 5,879 recipes and 4,957 ingredients available to make them. Its website documents batch scaling, unit conversion, flavor-based search and business accounts for bar teams. It is free to download, with paid plans from $0.99 a month.

Best for bartenders, bar teams and home bartenders who mix from specs.

Cocktails Guru

Most recipes, free tier

Cocktails Guru is a cocktail app for iPhone, iPad, Android and Apple-silicon Macs, with recipe pages on the web. Its website and store listings say nearly 20,000 recipes, and it adds a My Bar inventory that shows what you can make and Academy lessons on technique. It is free to download, with a Premium plan ($2.99 a month or $19.99 a year) and brand placements.

Best for home bartenders who want the most drinks for free.

BarGenius

Polished, Apple devices only

BarGenius is a cocktail app for iPhone, iPad and Apple-silicon Macs that pairs a recipe library with social profiles and flashcard quizzes. An earlier store listing put its library at 10,000+ recipes. Full access needs Pro at $3.99 a month, $19.99 a year or $39.99 once.

Best for iPhone users learning specs, and bartenders building a following.

Professional Bartender's Suite

Professional Bartender's Suite is a paid app for iPhone, iPad and Apple-silicon Macs with 9,240+ drink recipes in 17 categories. It costs $0.99 once, with no in-app purchases. Its listing says the recipe data runs to 2016, and its latest release, in August 2024, added iOS 17 support.

Best for a one-time-purchase reference for classic and older drinks.

8,500+ Drink Recipes is a long-running free app for iPhone, iPad and Apple-silicon Macs with drink and cocktail recipes; in 2014 AppleVis listed coffee drinks, beer mixes and soft drinks among them. It has about 32,000 ratings averaging 4.7, the most of the five, and it is paid for by ads and a Diamond plan that removes them and unlocks content.

Best for casual browsing, if you can live with the ads.
